Hey guys, it's Sarah!
A month ago I had an issue with SIFF's management (You can read the conversation between the team and I in the video on Youtube, if curious) Good news, Everything was settled in a manner which I think both side understood. Although it seems like I was putting a bad name on the festival, never did I ever plan on doing such thing to a festival I look up to. It's not my intention to break hearts and start war, and I knew I could've said it differently which does not resolve me into making an explanation video. There was so many options to have not make this as displeasing as it looks. I honestly find it quite harsh of me to have made that video that could've offend the team of the festival but I didn't think through in that moment of time, I actually act out of hurt and that I was upset over how they could've just turn a blind eye on an issue they felt no responsible on. The issue has been resolved after a few days since the video release and the team made a few changes to not make the same problem occur and I respect that. At least they're taking it a step at a time as the current situation they are in, isn't that well due to health. I wish them all the best and I'll be looking forward for the next season!

Apart from that, I finally joined this year's SIFF, also known as Sims Film Fest, with my first Subtitle Film, Sweet Bites! I'll be posting my entry on the Festival date, if you guys are wondering. Also, I won't be posting any trailer for the Film as it is marked below 15 mins, and is a Subtitle Film. Basically a film without Voice Over. So it would be awkward to make a trailer without exposing the whole story haha!
I would like to say thanks to those who auditioned for my Film, The Move Out and those 220+ Subscribers on my Youtube channel who's always supporting me with likes, sweet comments and views. Even with a small channel like mine, I'm so grateful to have people like you who constantly took interest in watching my videos <3 I'll update soon, See you! |
